I offer one-on-one personal life coaching, meditation sessions, and online and in-person group classes. So even if you are not in Sydney, you can still tune in for a class with me! Plus, if you want to try out a session to see if we are a good fit, I offer a 30-minute complimentary session for new clients. For businesses, I offer leadership coaching, which is totally different from sessions with couples looking to enrich their relationship or the individual needing help removing mental blocks holding back prosperity. The School of Meditation and Mindfulness has meditation classes for all levels, from beginner to experienced.
