I help ladies and men of 40 who are ready to commit to achieving their weight loss and fitness goals. Personal training can be either with me in my home cabin or at your home. Online training via zoom is another option and is a fantastic solution for busy people. Sessions can be 45mins or 60mins. Pilates Instructor 1:1 Pilates instruction or join my weekly classes.
