Founded in 1901, the RIAC (Royal Irish Automobile Club) is a private members’ club, situated amidst the finest surroundings in central Dublin. The Club occupies Nos. 33-34 Dawson Street and plots to the rear extending to Anne’s Lane, the rear of No. 8 St Stephen’s Green and Nos. 1-3 Joshua Lane. The Club provides a restaurant, bar, members’ reading room and meeting rooms, as well as the finest motoring history archive in Ireland in the Guinness Seagrave Library.
