He grew up learning the plumbing trade working with his father in his family owned plumbing businesses. Cole, following in his Dad’s footsteps, has worked alongside his Dad for over 15 years. Jay moved his family to Waxahachie in 1988 and started his first plumbing business, Roto-Rooter, serving Waxahachie and Ellis County for the next 10 years. In 1998, the Rodgers family sold their Roto-Rooter franchise and began Rodgers Plumbing and continue to serve residents and commercial industries of Ellis County and surrounding counties.
