Since 2011, we have been teaching a contemporary form of Pilates which is continuously being developed for our lifestyles today yet is based on the fundamentals developed by Joseph Pilates. Our team are amongst the best you will find. They are highly qualified with many years of experience and are passionate about what they do. We teach everyone, as this is what we love to do. As well as group classes we also teach semi-private and privates. We teach online on the mat and we teach in-studio on the reformer and other pieces of Pilates apparatus. Let us show you how.
