Regular Fitness PT insurance does not cover bodybuilding, or any intense weight training or sports-type coaching at all. Only with Recomp can Australian Personal Trainers coach both athletes and the public with hard, effective weight-training. Experienced coaches can even be assessed (n.b: absolutely NO expensive courses or products to buy; just get assessed) for Recomp Certification which adds coverage for bodybuilding diets.
