Welcome to RECO Renovation and Construction. My name is Rhys Woods and I am your local Ballarat and district licensed builder. I come with over 13 years experience in the construction industry as a carpenter and project supervisor on both commercial and domestic worksites. I value honesty and transparency in my relationships with clients and provide one-on-one service to you throughout the building project.
