My name is Kenneth Barker. I do general repairs, improvements and maintenance on rental properties. I repair and get set up for you to rent or flip homes these things are what I specialize in. Ive been working on these kinds of properties for 19 years. I understand time is money and stuff needs to be done the right way the first time.Ive been working with landlords fixing their properties and helping them to rent and flip properties since I was 13 years old. Working at a carpet place and running my own landscape business. Everyday I take up to an hour to two out of my day to study new techniques new tools out there.
