We are part of an ancestral tradition of handmade pizza, from Sardinia, the bigger island of Italy. Maybe you didnt know, but there are Two different kinds to make a pizza: Napless style (round), and Romans style (square), and ours is Roman, that we used to call... pizza al trancio. We have 14 different flavors, from the most popular Pepperoni to specials like Artichokes with black olives or shrimps marinades with olive oil extra, garlic, cherry tomatoes, and parsley. For us, the most important goal is to serve every day the best quality of the product, with a very convenient price. We are in Playa del Carmen market from September 13, 2011, and we sell every year, with just 4 small pizza shop, around 500,000 slices of pizza.
