Otternest Team Building programs are designed to improve collaboration and communication for groups of all types and we strive to ensure that every group leaves Otternest with a greater sense of purpose and respect than when they arrived. Tailored to fit each groups goals and needs, our programs utilize; nature high ropes courses, low ropes challenges, brainstorming facilitation, ice breakers and our ultimate tool - the Survival Challenge, all of which are led by our experienced facilitators. We are open year round and can utilize both indoor and outdoor spaces, depending on the client needs. We offer 3d1n and full day programs to fit your groups’ schedule, and can provide meals and accommodation to complete your experience with us.
