Having moved to Ireland from their native Germany in 1985 Gaby and Hans Wieland have been gardeners, cheesemakers, sourdough bakers, fermenters and foragers. At their kitchen garden school in Cliffoney, Co. Sligo they pass on their aquired knowledge through workshops, courses and guided tours. Gaby has published Neantog Cookbook and Hans is also mentor and an expert in polytunnel growing.
