EcijanosMushroom Food House started last 2019 as a mushroom grower in a small backyard but due to the low demand of mushrooms in the market of those times the owner decided to process mushroom raw product as patty in burger and tasted with their best food critics it was their three children and surprisingly they liked and thought it was a typhical patty on it which is beef until every day they were looking for burger as a snack. The owner sons approval decided them to try to sell to selected relatives nearby and same result they thought it was burger with patty made with beef. The rest is history EcijanosMushroom Food House was born which aims to be able to provide a healthy, 100% and pure Mushroom Burger in town for everyone.
