Moons YOGA Loft (open since Jan 2019) - Mindful Movement, Mediation and Life Coaching. A sunlit haven in the centre of Blackrock. An urban retreat with a wide range of Yoga Classes, Movement Workshops, Massage and Meditation on offer. We also run a Life Coaching clinic at our Studio - through 1on1 sessions either online, or here on site. Lots of varied class times on offer to suit todays busy lifestyle.
