Midwest Softwash is a Pressure washing service located at 1 515-650-4800.

We mainly target organic substances such as algae, moss and magma build up on siding, roofing, concrete, fences ect. We do this by using the industry standard chemical mix (strength of the mix depends on the surface being cleaned) sprayed out of a softwash system, as not to damage siding or roofing due to high pressure. The chemical and process we use is recommended by the homeowners handbook guidelines. We take steps to prevent plant and landscape damage, such as a pre soak and finishing rinse with chemical neutralizing agents. We also do stain treatment such as rust, oil, and mineral deposits. Services available for both residential and commercial.
