Hi my name is Maria. I am an experienced and accredited psychotherapist and counsellor – (BA in Counselling and Psychotherapy). I offer weekly psychotherapy and counselling in a private and comfortable setting in Galway city. Life can be a struggle when trying to deal with anxiety, depression, stress, grief, relationship issues, unresolved childhood issues, loneliness, suicidal ideation and long standing hurt or deeply embedded trauma.
