Marburger Geographische Gesellschaft e.V. is a University located at Am Plan 1, 35037 Marburg, Germany.
We are the Management Accounting Research Group (The MARG). Our ambition is to conduct state-of-the-art research and teaching in the area of corporate governance, incentives and value-based management, as well as related issues in valuation, taxation and financing. We are part of the Accounting and Finance Area at the School of Business and Economics in Marburg. The Accounting and Finance Area acts under the jointly determined themes of Value-based Management and “Corporate Valuation” in research and teaching. We are also part of Marburg Center for Institutional Economics (MACIE).
