As an early childhood Educator, I believe it is my responsibility to understand the child as a whole and base my program plan according to the child’s needs and parent expectations. I set up a high-quality environment rich with variety of resources where the child can grow, learn and explore at their own developmental level. My goal is to promote the physical, social, emotional, and cognitive development of each child by following the “National quality frame work” and “National quality standards” guidelines.
