We founded Life Balance in 2003. We realised that our work with clients complemented each other in working towards our clients’ health and fitness. We both have many years of experience in our respected fields. Working with others, seeing results and improvements has always played an integral role of what we are about. Individually we are affiliated with some of the industry’s leading educators and companies both nationally and internationally. Continuing to educate, update and research has always taken importance and proves successful when being able to apply ourselves to the needs of our clients. Preserving standards, adhering to protocol and providing an extremely high level of service to our clients is key.
