I now offer sessions via video link and will drop all equipment at your home, following appropriate hygiene and self isolation measures. The sessions are of high quality and will keep you feeling energised during this difficult time. I will take you through NUTRITIONAL ADVICE and EXERCISE SESSION routine, based on your body’s needs. Each illness/disability has its own hurdles that we can work together to overcome. I am qualified to teach those with COPD, rheumatoid arthritis, obesity, stress, anxiety, depression, hypercholesterolemia, hypertension, osteoporosis, diabetes and asthma, frailty and Parkinsons.
