With over 30 years of experience, Owner and Builder Tim Drennan is dedicated to making buyers ideas a reality by giving them the ability to customize their new home in a price range they can afford. Drennan is an Idaho Native and attended the University of Idaho to study Architectural Drafting. He continued on to the College of Southern Idaho and obtained his AAS in Cabinetmaking and Design. For many years, he worked in Washington as Project Manager and Lead Carpenter on remodel construction. Drennan came back to Idaho to start his own construction business, K·A·D Construction Inc., in 2016 and currently resides in Meridian.
