I guarantee it will leave you feeling fantastic; with a different more positive mindset. My classes are tailor-made to suit your needs. I offer various types of yoga; gentle Hatha yoga (suitable for beginners) Hatha flow (for more experienced practitioners) or a more dynamic creative Vinyasa or rocket-based practice; the choice is yours! Class duration is 75 minutes including a 15 minute warm-up and Pranayama (breathing exercise), to open up the body, focus the mind and bring attention to the breath, a 45-minute yoga class to stimulate and energize the physical and subtle body and a 15 minute Savasana relaxation.
