As a spiritual teacher, it is my goal and passion to share these unique tools that have transformed me. I will help you to awaken your own innate healing abilities, learn to attune to your inner desires and help you to make a deep connection with your most authentic self, your soul. Healing consists of the cramps coming to light so that energy can flow again. In my session I am only the field in which that happens. The self-healing capacity of the body does its job. What I do is help remind you of the truth of who you are, so that you come home to your essence. I use different inputs such as trauma exercises, rituals, meditation, healing, massage, coaching, plant medicine and nature.
