With the re-opening of Jaipur Dalkey in 2020, owner Asheesh Dewan has decided to combine his two great loves - Food and Art. The restaurant interior has received a whole new look and hosts some of his favorite art work. The kitchen team is headed by Chef Sanish Joseph who has been a rock of the group for 20 years. Front of house is led by Prashant Katira, fondly known as Shan who is a familiar face to guests and Dalkey locals alike. One of Dalkey’s most loved restaurants, Jaipur Dalkey has been consistently providing delicious Indian cuisine. Jaipur Dalkey has also been instrumental in helping to create the vibrant food scene that Dalkey now hosts. Indian cuisine is interpreted and presented in a contemporary environment.
