Irish Mugendo Kickboxing Association (IMKA) is a martial arts based kickboxing club established in 1983 which is a member of Kickboxing Ireland (KBI) . We cater for all ages and abilities. Whilst improving your general fitness and flexibility you will also learn fighting techniques as well as self defence. Building your confidence in a controlled and positive environment.
