Hi, my name is Brenda. I suport Mothers to have a positive birthing experience, to have a comfortable, calm, relaxing birth experience. This is done through a series of Hypnobirthing classes which helps to get rid of fears, anxieties and see birth as the empowering and celebratory event that it should be. Birth is a life event not always a medical event. I teach couples through a step by step process how to condition their bodies to relax deeply using hypnosis and Hypnotherapy techniques. I specialise in relieving anxiety and stress in pregnancy, post traumatic birth trauma, vaginismus and tokophobia. Mindfulness, optimum fetal positioning are taught as well.
