Hi all welcome and thank you for visiting me here. Whil not yet a trained counselor. I myself have a healing ability. I am working with spirits and devotion to Padre Pio. I hope me sharing my own story will help you too. Maybe like me, you have experienced the pain and anxiety of bullying, have experienced stress of changing careers and have experienced grief. Suffered from poor sleep patterns and not taking care of yourself. My stepping stones to good health were and are, help and healing.
