Hello, your appointment time was 2 pm and you arrived 3 pm. You did not bring your Maxicare card which is required before any procedure yet we accommodated you. We responded to all your queries even if I was busy. Before cleaning I informed you that you have braces which hinders the cleaning. And I told you also I cannot brush the braces because my instrument will be damage. I think you are the one who is rude and no manners because you did not pay the 350. You said you will wait for father yet you went out of the clinic without informing us. It is a small amount but character of a person can be gauge by it. God bless
