Watching the RV industries rapid growth over the past seven years, breaking sales records year after year, I witnessed first hand traveling in my own RV that service and parts departments at dealerships could no longer keep up with the demand, having to wait up to four months for an appointment, dropping my coach off, waiting for parts, then returning to pick up my vehicle, was inconvenient and time consuming.
