I have always believed coaching is a form of partnership. As a Mental Health Coach, I specialize in Anxiety Disorders, Panic Disorder, and Anxiety Induced Depression. I alleviate symptoms drastically. I have worked with Depression, PTSD, and Complex PTSD. I work with their current reality and then design plans for the future. I guide towards achieving a whole new level of mental empowerment. As a Mindfulness Coach, I teach clients how to be mindful of their thoughts, emotions, and actions in the moment. As a Mindset Coach, I help clients to manifest positivity into their lives. I guide them to overcome negativity in their life. I provide guidance and direction to find positivity in all small things and experiences.
