She offers gentle group yoga classes online, wellness events for conventions/conferences, in-person private yoga lessons, and mentored (through MUIH) yoga therapy. She is a Masters of Science candidate in Yoga Therapy and will earn official certification in July of 2022. Yoga therapy supports the client through chronic physical or mental health issues, chronic pain, change or loss, or during medical treatments like chemo therapy. Through the traditions and practices of yoga, Rebecca will help you find or re-establish a sense of balance, finding ease or comfort where the possibility exists.
