By using HD pictures along with video, buyer’s can use the information to negotiate repairs or a price reduction in many cases. My client’s want a home inspector that is working for them and is not worried about pleasing anyone else or getting on someone’s list by providing a soft inspection. At Elite Home Inspections our clients are the “Boss”. The office is open 71 hours over 7 days a week and inspections are performed Monday through Friday either in the morning or afternoon. I do not work evenings or weekends, this is my full time job not my part time or second job.
