I have 35 years of experience in the biopharma industry, in a variety of global CMC roles and leadership positions. I offer individual, inspiring, 1-on-1 coaching sessions, to help the client (re-)center, increase self-awareness on leadership effectiveness and to clarify what it is that the client really wants. I use the *Leadership Circle Profile (LCP), one of the world’s leading instruments for assessing leadership effectiveness, as development, growth framework. I also offer consulting services to small CMC teams with the primary objective to create positive and creative team dynamics, that allow the team to relax, breath and then put their collective intellectual capabilities together.
