The Melville practice first opened during 1976 and was for many years the biggest solely-owned practice in the country. During 1999 the practice gained two new shareholders namely Dr Pienaar and Dr Nel. After 14 years of running the successful dental practice, they moved to a modified premises to accommodate an on-site dental laboratory and a team of oral hygienists.
