I am an integrative Counsellor / Psychotherapist – I work with thoughts, feelings, behaviours and somatic experiences to find out what is preventing my clients from living the life they want to live. I attained my BA from Munster Technology University and I am a member of the Irish Association for Counselling and Psychotherapy. My clinic overlooks the sea in Youghal where I work face-to-face with clients who travel from Cork City, East Cork and West Waterford. I also work online with clients from all over Ireland. My approach is professional, relaxed and friendly. My client’s well-being is always at the centre of therapy. Confidentiality is always top priority.
