For me Pilates is all about a mind body connection. Connecting with your body, learning how to move it and exercise properly. In doing so you are forced into the present moment, focusing on nothing but the given move. It’s a meditation, a necessary switch off from the world. Practising pilates can de-stress both body and mind. My classes are structured to build in intensity, designed for consistency and a lifestyle change.
