We are first and foremost a center of investigation for sustainable agriculture of all local produce including cacao, and secondly a fun chocolate shop. The foundation of Cacao Center is to explore more eco friendly methods of farming cacao (and other foods) than clear cutting the Amazon. Currently chocolate is one of the top reasons for deforestation locally and in the world. Let us whisk you into our world of food, cocktails and artisan craft!
