Our mission at C.A.R. Wellness is to provide creative mental health services to school aged youth. By providing a plethora of innovative therapy services, our organization reduces mental health stigma, in order to promote mental, physical and emotional wellness. These services include play therapy, art therapy, expressive music therapy, therapeutic recreation, and group therapy. We will not only live by our mission but measure the success of our organization by making sure each child that is involved within our program is nurtured and grows to better heights. We strive to lessen deviant behaviors, emotional dysregulation, and risk factors, by providing youth with mentorship and positive modes of expression.
