Buff Performance is a health and fitness company. We also coach fitness enthusiasts and athletes in their strength and conditioning journey. Our South Dublin based gym is home to Olympic athlete Jack Woolley and Paralympic swimmer and world silver medalist Nicole Turner. Niamh Buffini CEO and founder of the company is former medalist and international Taekwondo athlete who knows what it takes to be at your best. Our programs reflect the needs of the athlete, the sport and their goals and are based of the most up to date research in sport science. We also run a series of online fitness classes for all abilities, you can train with Olympic coach Niamh from your own home.
