If you are preparing for birth but dont have the time to get to a prenatal yoga course then I have a self paced birth course that includes, a library of pregnancy yoga classes, a breathing for birth course and a Birth Plan Guide and Workbook. My mission is to empower people to feel confident and calm in their bodies. Im particularly passionate about empowering pregnant women to have positive birth experiences. I live in Dublin, Ireland with my husband and beautiful 5 year old daughter who has Down Syndrome.
