Therapy that is approachable and effective. My therapeutic approach is a casual one. I strive to make therapy something that feels comfortable for a client, more like a conversation with a friend than something clinical. My focus during sessions is always client-centered, as only the client can know what they need to get out of our time together and thus what they need to put in. I specialize in working with anxiety, depression and relationship issues but have experience in much more as well. I have a background in addiction counseling which has provided the foundation of skills necessary to be a truly empathetic, effective healer.
