Alice Vignoles is the founder of Macha Yoga Studio, Bray and works as a yoga teacher, reiki healer and cacao facilitator. The heart of her work is facilitating her clients ability to sense, feel and take wisdom from their own embodied experience. Alice specialises in women’s well-being and recently completed her masters in Feminist and Post-colonial Theology. She holds a RYT500 Diploma from Yoga Therapy Ireland, is a certified Golden Tera Mai Reiki Master and a qualified meditation teacher.
