Relationships can at times be hard to manage, sometimes we feel like we have lost ourselves. dont know who we are anymore. Come with me on a journey to rediscover yourself. Grief/Loss is not only defined by the death of a loved one, but the journey along the way. If it is a long terminal illness this impacts every part of how we thought our lives and the person we are losing, was going to be.
