We live and work in a complex of over 550 homes (we also work all over Orange County). Doug says you have to be good if you work where you live, ha ha, and he is. He is honest to a fault. He’ll take good care of you. Here’s an example: Many customers have called wanting to replace a water heater because it’s old. He’d go to their house and look at it, and if he didn’t think they needed to replace it yet, he told them what to watch out for and give us a call when that happens and then he’ll replace it, (unless they insist).
