We are a family law practice founded on a non-court process to separation and divorce, with a focus specifically on Collaborative Family Law. Our goal is to assist clients going through the stressful and challenging process of separation and divorce in a way which gives them ultimate control of the decisions that are made along the way. By avoiding the costly and lengthy traditional court process, our aim is to arrive at a customized settlement which represents the best solution for the family, and which allows clients to move forward with dignity and respect.
We also offer Mediation Services as well as Independent Legal Advice and Uncontested Divorces.
