Only by sourcing our favorite vegetables, fruits and herbs right here at our own Potlikker farm can we be absolutely assured that we are serving nothing but the freshest, healthiest seasonal flavors. Once perfectly-plated with locally-sourced seafood, beef, pork, lamb, poultry, or our own Satilla Ponds farm-raised catfish, you will see and taste the difference that locally-grown brings to the table.
