Since then, Penelope has grown to become one of Virginias largest boutique chains and a favorite destination for women of all ages. Penelope also offers classic casual clothing from Tribal Sportswear, Oh My Gauze, Habitat, Charlie B, Lulu B and many more, as well as fashion jewelry and accessories from the Penelope Collection.
