EGG was started, November 2016, as a pop up Sunday only brunch concept at SPARE NO RIB our Mexican and bbq fusion restaurant. It was a hit and fast became one of the citys hot brunch spot. I n 2017 we mad EGG an every day affair and kept Spare No Rib as dinner concept in the same spot.
