My aim is always to get results but to get there, it will be different for everyone. Everyone has a different situation regarding training history, injury history, work life balance, how much stress one person has in their life is different to someone else’s. The approach has to be tailored to the person but one thing which I will always say trumps everything else is Consistency, it’s a word that gets thrown around quite a bit but it really is what comes down to, if you show up and keep showing up, sooner or later with the right methods you will get results. Strength is something we all need as we get older and it’s something I really focus on. The stronger you get lifting weights, the stronger you will be doing everyday tasks.
