My name is Pierre. I’m a dad, husband, and Firefighter. My passion is helping people navigate their journey in fitness. I use simple proven methods to get you to your goals. I have been obsessed with fitness since I was 12 and learned to first get results for myself. Now at 42, I use those skills for the last 7 years to help athletes, moms, dads, celebs, teenagers, and it all comes down to the same thing. Hard work and consistency.
