Building Performance Specialists

Building Performance Specialists has been working with homeowners, builders, architects, and business owners since 2003. We have a full set of HVAC design, consulting, inspection, and certification services for clients interested in building high-performance homes.

For those with existing properties we have extensive experience in diagnosing problems with moisture, indoor air quality, comfort, and efficiency. We also provide services for mold testing, mold remediation, and the retrofit work to resolve those problems in houses and commercial buildings the first time, without guessing. Our approach is to use building science principles to ensure that the services we deliver are accurate and reliable.
